Facilities Coordinator

  1. Department: Parks & Recreation
  2. Full-time
  3. Salary: $41,000 - $55,000
  4. Description: Assist the Facilities Manager with the daily operations, maintenance scheduling, and oversight of city parks, recreational facilities, and community spaces. Helps coordinate facility rentals and special events.
  5. Requirements:
  6. Bachelor's degree in recreation, facility management, or a related field.
  7. Experience in facility operations or event planning.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  9. Valid driver's license.

Maintenance Technician

  1. Department: Public Works
  2. Full-time
  3. Salary: $42,000-$56,000
  4. Description: Performs maintenance and repair of city streets, water lines, storm drains, and public facilities. Operates light and heavy equipment.
  5. Requirements:
  6. High school diploma or GED
  7. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
  8. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions

Administrative Assistant

  1. Department: City Administration
  2. Full-time
  3. Salary Range: $38,000–$48,000
  4. Description: Provides clerical and customer service support at City Hall, manages records, schedules meetings, and assists residents with inquiries.
  5. Requirements:
  6. High school diploma (associate degree preferred).
  7. Valid driver's license.
  8. 2+ years of office experience.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Seasonal Groundskeeper

  1. Department: Parks & Recreation
  2. Seasonal / Part-time
  3. Salary: $15 - $19 per hour
  4. Description: Assists with landscaping, moving, athletic field preparation, and general park maintenance.
  5. Requirements:
  6. Must be 18 years or older.
  7. Valid driver's license.
  8. Ability to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment.
  9. Prior landscaping experience preferred.
